We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are included in the product price.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Valerica.shop, such as logistical delays or customs procedures.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the relevant shipping information when available.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the product shows visible damage caused during transportation, the customer should contact Valerica.shop as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the received product.

Most of our products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each customer.
In accordance with applicable regulations, personalized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Valerica.shop.

If a customer receives a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, they must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Valerica.shop will evaluate each case and, where appropriate, will repair, replace, or refund the product.

Orders may only be canceled before the production process has begun.
Once production has started, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order or request a refund.
