Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, slight variations in colors, elements, and finishes may occur compared to the images displayed on the website.

To place an order, the customer must:

• Select the desired product and model.
• Choose the available colors for the base and the elements.
• Provide the child's name for personalization, if applicable.
• Complete the payment process.
• Once payment has been confirmed, the order will enter production.

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€).
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are included in the product price.
Valerica.shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Payments may be made using:

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards through Stripe.
• Bizum or bank transfer.
• Other payment methods available on the website.

An order will be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received.

Products are manufactured to order.
The estimated production and delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the type of product and the level of customization requested.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Valerica.shop.

Personalization with the child's name is included at no additional cost.
Once the production process has started, personalization details can no longer be modified.

In accordance with applicable regulations, personalized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Valerica.shop.
In the event of any issue, the customer must contact us within a maximum period of 14 days from receiving the order.

Valerica.shop undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and safety of its products.
The liability of Valerica.shop shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the corresponding order.

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
