No problem. All wooden parts are carefully sanded and finished with certified water-based paints and finishes for children's toys. They are safe, eco-friendly, and suitable for little ones.
All our toys arrive fully assembled and ready to use. You won't need to assemble or install any parts. For sensory boards, we include wall-mounting hardware in case you want to attach the board to the wall. If you choose a cube or house with a storage option, it will also arrive fully assembled and ready to use.
Our toys are designed to last for many years. The only component that may need replacing over time is the LED light, as it runs on batteries that can be easily replaced.
All other elements are made for long-term, durable use. In the very rare case that a wooden piece is damaged (this has happened only 2 times among more than 2,000 toys we have made), simply contact us and we will send you a replacement wooden part.

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If, in the unlikely event, your toy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and arrange a replacement or return.
